SALES AND REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Softtechware Service aims to always provide high quality Services that are fault free and undamaged.On occasion however, Services may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.


Products purchased from softtechwareservice.com, You may be refunded only if cancelled within the refund period specified below in this policy. Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products.


Domain or Hosting or Professional Mail

If a Domain or Profession E-Mail or Hosting Service purchased by you from softtechwareservice.com, then it is non-refundable, if domain or hosting purchase with other products like Web Development, then full amount of Web Development eligible(except Domain, Hosting, Professional email) for a refund within 14 days of the date of the refund/ cancellation time frame.


Website Design Services :

Eligible for a refund within 14 days after delivered the product & review period will be the same(14 days from the deliverey), if submited the request form registered account or contact with us refund request at refund@softtechwareservice.com due to non-satisfaction, then our team will be review your project requirement, it will be full refund to you or replace & rebuild the project as per your requirement. After confirmation of cancellation / refund your refund process will be completed at our end within 7 working days. Confirmation e-mail will be send to you on your registered e-mail.

1. If you receive Services which do not match those that you ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and setting out your options, you should login your panel through your credentials and find your order, if cancel option available within your refund time frame then submit the request form and also contact us within 14 days to refund request. You will be given the option to have the Services replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Services.Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Services.

2. If any Services you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact Softtechware Service within 18 days to arrange collection and return. Upon receipt of the returned Services, the price of the Services, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Services.

5.You have a statutory right to a cooling off period.This period begins once your order is complete and ends 14 days after the Services have been delivered.If you change your mind about the Services within this period, please return them to Softtechware Service within 14 days of receipt. Services can only be returned for this reason if the Services can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of Softtechware Service.

6. If you wish to return Services to Softtechware Service for any of the above reasons, please contact us at admin@softtechwareservice.com or refund@softtechwareservice.com using the details on contact form to make the appropriate arrangements.

7. Softtechware Service reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions.Factors which may be taken into account in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to:

a. Any use or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the Services

b. Any characteristics of the Services which may cause them to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

c. The fact that the Services consist of audio or video recordings or computer software and that the packaging has been opened.

8. For subscription based services like antivirus software,once installed ,returns are not possible.

9. Any discounts that may have formed part of the purchase price of the Services to reflect any lack of quality made known to the Customer at the time of purchase. Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law.
